Established in 1987, Lakemaps is a beloved midwestern map brand offering lake and river maps and guides tailored for anglers and outdoorsmen. Lakemaps is best known for its simple yet durable plastic maps, characterized by a classic and attractive hand-drawn style. Over the past four decades, Lakemaps has published hundreds of maps covering bodies of water in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Illinois. A product line that began as hand-drawn maps on index cards has grown into a flourishing line of product offerings, including plastic card maps, wall maps, multi-map sets, and folded Paper Area Lakemaps (PAL).
Powered by DNR data, each map provides information about local lake conditions, fishing insights, and notable points of interest. You'll find details on depths, bottom composition (such as sand, gravel, silt, and muck), fish species present, access points, and nearby landmarks. A blend of artistry and informative content, these maps are available in a variety of colors and formats!
