Returning Items
East View Map Link, LLC and LongitudeMaps.com will always stand by its products to ensure you are happy with what you receive. If you are uncertain about exactly what you are looking for, please do not hesitate to contact us. Trial and error shopping is wasteful as returned maps can seldom be resold as new. Therefore, we encourage you to speak with our friendly and knowledgeable customer service team to ensure we get your order right the first time.
If for some reason your product arrives in poor condition, please let us know within 10 days after receipt of the item(s) and we will either ship you a new one or issue you a refund. Please contact us to alert us of item(s) damaged during the shipping process.
For items in normal condition, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the original order to insure a proper refund. Refund requests received within 14 days of receipt of the original order are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Instructions will be given about how to return the items.
In the event you are returning an item which was originally shipped for free, a return shipping charge of at least $3.49 will also be deducted against any refund amount due.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 14 days of purchase. We also cannot accept returns for items that are personalized or were created on demand.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Most orders are shipped 1-2 business days after an order is placed. If for some reason your order cannot be shipped in full, we will contact you within 2 business days. You can also see how soon a product will be shipped directly on the product page.
The most economical shipping method is a flat US $3.49 shipping charge for all orders sent by USPS Media Mail – however this is only an option available for atlases. This shipping type usually takes between 7-14 days to most locations but may take substantially longer. Some items such as wall maps have shipping surcharges added to cover the cost of special packaging.
