Road Maps
Expertly navigate Italy’s provinces and beyond with LAC’s folded road maps – featuring comprehensive road details, essential tourist information, an Index, and a multi-language legend. LAC’s series of handy-size provincial road maps detail more minor local roads and country tracks than can be found on most regional maps from other publishers. All provincial maps have hill shading to represent the general relief with spot heights for selected peaks and show a few more local roads and rough tracks than the other road map series. Intermediate road distances are indicated. Regional, provincial, and communal borders are marked, and railways, funiculars, airports, sea ferry links, and campsites are shown.
City Maps
These detailed city maps – including City Plan and City Center maps – are your guide to the cities of Italy, with essential tourism and street details. LAC is Italy’s leading publisher of street plans with an extensive range of titles. Where appropriate, the plans include an enlargement showing the historic center in greater detail. On each plan monuments including historic buildings and churches, archaeological sites, cultural or educational institutions, and important municipal buildings or facilities are numbered and listed next to the plan. Hiking Maps
Traverse Italy's diverse landscapes with LAC’s highly accurate and detailed folded hiking maps. Each map offers a very clear presentation of terrain and hiking routes, featuring contours at intervals enhanced by shading and graphic relief to highlight rocky areas and spot heights. Coloring and graphics depict various woodlands, orchards, and vineyards, while symbols mark points of interest such as villages, churches, museums, and beaches. While primarily focused on hiking, these maps also encompass various outdoor excursions like climbing, skiing, paragliding, kayaking and rafting, and horseback riding. Includes a legend in multiple languages.
